Agreement to Terms
By creating an account and utilizing the Talent Kasi platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. You commit to using Talent Kasi for the evaluation and hiring of candidates in compliance with all applicable employment laws within your jurisdiction.
Your Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities conducted by users you invite to your workspace. It is imperative that you notify us immediately in the event of any unauthorized access or suspected security breaches.
Acceptable Use Policy
Talent Kasi strictly prohibits its use for discriminatory practices against protected groups, unauthorized scraping of candidate data, or sending unsolicited bulk messages. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these fundamental rules of acceptable use.
Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed either monthly or annually in advance, as per your subscription choice. You retain the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that annual plans are not subject to refunds for unused months, but access to the service will continue until the end of the paid term.
Understanding AI Outputs
Our AI technology provides candidate rankings and supporting reasoning to assist in your hiring decisions. However, the ultimate hiring decision always rests with you. We do not guarantee specific outcomes and strongly recommend a human-in-the-loop review process for every candidate shortlist generated by our AI.
Termination of Service
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will provide an export of your data upon request for a period of 90 days following the termination date.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Johannesburg, South Africa.
