We use the collected data primarily to operate and enhance the Talent Kasi platform. This involves parsing CVs, scoring candidates against job requirements, sending essential notifications, and continually refining our AI models to improve accuracy and efficiency. We want to assure you that we never sell your data, nor do we train shared models using identifiable candidate information.

All data within Talent Kasi is protected through robust security measures. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256, and data in transit is secured with TLS 1.3 encryption. Our primary data centers are strategically located in Frankfurt and Cape Town, with regional failover options available for our Scale plan customers to ensure data availability and resilience.
Your Data Rights
You have specific rights regarding your personal data. You can request the export, correction, or deletion of any data pertaining to you at any time by sending an email to privacy@talentkasi.io. We are committed to honoring all GDPR and POPIA data subject rights requests within 30 days of receipt.
